The external walls on these luxury apartments based on the Isle of Anglesey, were suffering from heavy algae & bacteria growth. The self-managed apartment site had concerns over the external appearance of the K-Rend, as it didn’t quite match the well-maintained outlook around the remainder of the site. A number of attempts to rectify the issue were undertaken, with either very poor, or short-terms results.
Servos were able to clean the rendered buildings with very little, if any disturbance, using specialist softwashing techniques. The process did not require a pressure washer, nor any scaffolding or heavy access equipment, due to our bespoke equipment. Critically, all of the organic contamination present on the surface, and within the porosity of the render, was gently cleansed and eradicated. This, unlike pressure washing, ensures the building material is not damaged, while providing longer lasting results for the client.
